Vince Saunders
OWNER
Vincent began his career working for a large salon group in Cheshire. Growing up in the UK, Vincent watched way too much Home and Away so it was no surprise that he ended up in Sydney where he honed his skills as a cutting specialist. He achieved a major career goal when Emily Symons became one of his clients. The only downside was that he had to stop calling her Marilyn. Nowadays Vincent can be found in Adelaide as Strathalbyn’s answer to Jo Rogan.
He provides A-class haircuts with a side order of political conversation. In Vincent’s spare time he likes listening to satirical podcasts, making plans for the revolution and giving Emma reasons to moan at him.
Emma Saunders
OWNER
Emma has been in the industry for over twenty years and has eight years colour education background. She has been trained and certified in multiple colour systems and enjoys using her knowledge to create exactly what her clients are envisioning when they sit in her chair. She loves to modernise classic looks to make them fun and wearable for the woman on the go. She attends numerous continuing classes each year so as to always be knowledgeable about the best and unique techniques to use.
In Emma’s spare time she likes moaning at Vince and watching the cat videos Izzy sends.
izzy
STYLIST
Fondly known as the seventh Kardashian, Izzy’s heart is as big as her smile. Although dogs are Izzy’s favourite people, she loves getting to know her clients and putting them at ease. Izzy has been hairdressing for four years, learning all areas of the craft she especially loves natural lived in blondes. Izzy has a passion for make-up as well as hair, she loves to make people feel a million dollars on their special occasions.
In her spare time Izzy likes watching videos of cats, then sending them to Emma.

STYLIST
Elektra is sunshine in human form, she’s always smiling – especially after a few tequilas.
Elektra is fresh out the box, she’s been working at Bonce for three years, and in that time, she’s grown into a confident and passionate young hairdresser. Elektra has an eye for detail that goes way beyond her years.
In her spare time, Elektra likes listening to Taylor Swift and making TikTok videos to Taylor Swift songs.
RUFUS
ORIGINAL MEMBER
The original member of the team, Rufus has been eating hair off the floor since Bonce opened its doors. He loves sniffing biscuits out of pockets and hates people wearing yellow. Rufus prides himself on being an expert in head scratches. When he’s not sleeping in the salon window, he loves chasing kangaroos in Kuitpo forest and scaring the shit out of posties. Rufus is everyone’s favourite member of the team but don’t let him cut your hair. He’s shit.
